Jacki Petrovic

Jacki is an Of Counsel to Padilla Law PLLC.  She represents technology and growth companies in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities, financings, technology licensing and other complex technology transactions, business regulatory matters, international transactions, lobbying, and more. She also has experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, including nanomedicine.

Jacki has worked for one of the most prolific inventors in American history, multiple billionaires, top tier national law firms, global Fortune 500 enterprises, top global consulting companies, as well as for startups with just a few employees.

An immigrant from Montenegro, she was the first in her family to complete middle school and she went on to become the first in her family to obtain a college and professional degree.
