Mashal Amber Ali

Mashal Amber Ali is an Attorney at Padilla Law PLLC. Her practice primarily focuses on commercial transactions, technology agreements, healthcare operations, and corporate governance. Known for a practical, solutions‑oriented approach, Mashal helps clients navigate complex legal and operational challenges with clarity, and a deep commitment to protecting their long‑term interests.

Prior to joining Padilla Law PLLC, Mashal was an inpatient pharmacy consultant for a large healthcare software company assisting community hospitals around the U.S. implementing a new pharmacy workflows to improve patient safety and care. While in law school, she served as a legal intern at a public law firm in the family law department and assisted the operations planning team with a new multi-million dollar hospital build for a large health system in St. Louis.

Mashal graduated from Austin College with a degree in Economics, she then pursued her passion for health care and business at Saint Louis University where she earned a Masters in Health Administration and a Juris Doctor.

Outside of the office, Mashal enjoys cooking for her family, traveling, and reading all the suspense novels she can find on Kindle.
