Our founder began working in venture capital over 20+ years ago.  We love working with entrepreneurs and those that invest in them. 

Our team works with venture capital funds, angel investors, and startup companies in all aspects of the venture capital life cycle.  We have extensive experience in investments from initial family loans to SAFEs, Convertible Notes, and Preferred Stock financings.  We know that fundraising is a long-term process so we work hard to earn your trust again and again.

We do not limit ourselves to financings.  We help startup companies in making sure that they are successful with employee-related agreements, website terms of service, contract review and other legal advice, as our goal is to create long-term relationship with each of our clients.
